Dr. Mirza is a highly respected Internal Medicine and Critical Care physician in South Jersey, recognized for his 25-year leadership in high-acuity ICU care and the management of life-threatening cardiopulmonary and multisystem conditions His clinical expertise includes advanced ventilator strategies, LVAD management, BIPAP and CPAP therapy, and treatment of severe sepsis and multiorgan failure, particularly in elderly patients with complex chronic conditions. Dr. Wehbe lives in East Greenwich, New Jersey with his family. When he’s not providing the best care and consulting services possible, he loves keeping up with Philadelphia sports teams (especially the Eagles), learning more about cars, and spending quality time with his family.
Dr. Silvey is a pulmonologist in Linwood, New Jersey and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and Cape Regional Health System-Cape May Court House. He received his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years.

Primary population served is elderly residents of both assisted living and LTC settings suffering from dementia, delirium, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders or other chronic mental illness.
Maria Bastien is a highly accomplished physiatrist who delivers exceptional patient care based on industry and facility standards of best practices. She collaborates with multidisciplinary medical peers to optimize patient outcomes. Maria has served as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Medical Rehabilitation Consultants, since 2004, providing care to patients in both acute and sub-acute settings. She is also the Medical Director for Bayada Home Health which provides continuing care to patients upon discharge from hospitalization.
Maria earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Université D’Etats D’Haiti Faculté De Médecine et de Pharmacie. She further enhanced her expertise by obtaining a Master of Arts (MA) in Surgical and Functional Anatomy from Université René Descartes in Paris France. Dr. Bastien trained in Orthopedic Surgery at the Hospital of the Universite D’Haiti, and completed a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopedic surgery at Hopital Saint Vincent Paul Paris, France. She did a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and an academic fellowship in rehabilitation of neurologic disorders at Kessler University Hospital in Newark, NJ.

Dr. Ghayad is a board certified Infectious Disease Physician with over 15 years of experience. After completing her bachelor’s degree in Biology and French Studies at the University of Pennsylvania, she earned her medical degree at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in May of 2007. She later completed her internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rowan College of Medicine).
Dr. Ghayad completed a two-year Infectious Disease fellowship at the same program and served as Chief Infectious Disease Fellow her final year of training. She worked in a clinical practice setting for 10 years, seeing patients in both the hospital and office, with a special focus in the care of HIV – positive patients.
Her areas of interest include Infection Control, Antimicrobial Stewardship, COVID-19, and HIV testing and treatment.
Dr. Iorio has been practicing podiatry in the greater Trenton area for over 35 years. A graduate of Villanova University and Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Iorio is Board Certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties in Podiatry and the American Professional Wound Care Association.
Dr. Mary Ann Hodle graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University and has been practicing with Resident Eye Care Associates under the leadership of Dr. Robert Sholomon for the past 12 years. With a passion that lies in providing compassionate, comprehensive eye care for geriatric patients, including those in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and through home visits, she also specialize in low-vision services, helping patients maintain independence and quality of life.
Beyond patient care, Dr..Hodle is dedicated to advancing the eye care profession and community through leadership and service. In 2023 ,she became a graduate of American Optometric Association’s Leadership Institute 2.0 and currently serves on the NJ Society of Optometric Physicians Board of Directors. Dr.Hodle holds advocacy close to her heart, and has been privileged to represent the field of optometry on Capitol Hill to improve access to and quality of eye care for our long term care population. In her spare time, Dr.Hodle also volunteers as the clinical director for the Special Olympics and works with the New Jersey Commission for the Blind’s Project BEST to provide essential eye care services to underserved populations. Dr.Hodle’s commitment to the eye care profession and her compassion towards her patients is the driving force to the comprehensive eye care services that Cedar Grove Nursing is able to provide to its residents.
