Check-in is easy and the receptionists are always delightful and pleasant. As a visitor, feeling welcome right from the door is important and brings peace to everyone who has loved ones here.
Cedar Grove takes very excellent care of my father and the facility is extremely clean. I’ve never had a complaint or negative thing to say about the wonderful staff. I can honestly say my dad looks better each time I see him. Thank You!
My experience at this facility was amazing from the time I entered until the time I left.
Everyone from the front receptionist to the nursing staff, cna’s, physical therapist even maintenance, activity reps, cleaning staff were really helpful, kind, and encouraging to say the least.
Abraham the Assistant Administrator was caring, friendly, and involved with all the residents and their need’s and cares.I would recommend this facility to anyone. I also made many friends with the residents and intend to go back to visit.
My Dad has been living there since march 2024. So far they have taken very good care of him. I love that we are able to decorate his room however to make it feel more like a home. The food they feed him is actually very good.
Sometimes needs more salt but the flavors and how it’s overall cooked is impressive. The facility is kept very clean and there are beautiful pictures up and down every hallway giving a more cozy effect.
The gardens are also beautiful and theres plenty of seating areas to be able to go outside and get some fresh air. Overall impression so far is I am happy to have chosen this place for my Dad to live.
My clinical experience here has been great, the staff is very helpful and and very receptive to the students.
My name is Dennis Quinn, I am a Eucharistic Minister, and I come to Cedar Grove every day to give Communion to one of your long term residents.
I go to a lot of different health facilities over the years but Cedar Grove should be a template for the gold standard. Love, Caring, Compassion and Patience are visible every where I go in Cedar Grove. I can only assume this happens because all Cedar Grove employee are all considered an important spoke of the wheel by the administration team.
Every morning I am greeted by Dez with a big smile and hello, also, the girl can definitely multi task and make it look easy. Every staff member I met appears to be well trained, courtesy, professional and committed with a great can do – will do attitude seldom seen in health facilities. Lastly, Cedar Grove Facility is the ONLY health facility I ever visited that smelled like a 5 star hotel. I can not express how important and welcoming that is for Cedar Grove’s employees, residents and visitors.
Kudos to housekeeping.
God Bless You All!
